How do I track my order?
We will automatically send you a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is headed your way. If you have any questions about tracking, just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you asap!
What if something doesn’t work? Can I return it?
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. Online purchases of new, unused items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To start an online return, please click here.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of receipt. Please note that some credit cards take up to 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. We’ll send you an order update once we have received and are processing your refund request. Please note, that we currently do not offer pre-paid return labels and your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Do you offer exchanges?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

I live in LA, can I come pick up my order?
Unfortunately we don’t have a brick & mortar store just yet, but we will be offering this service soon. We do offer same day Postmates delivery on your order Monday - Friday 9am-3pm PST. Just look for the option during checkout.
How do you charge shipping?
We offer carrier calculated shipping at checkout so you can decide which option works best for you.
When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Any orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If you live in Los Angeles, we also offer local Postmates delivery as an option at checkout for orders done before 3pm PST during business hours.
Why do you charge shipping costs?
We are a small shop concentrating on specialty goods sourced from around the globe. To stay competitive and to be able to carry such unique array of product, we need to charge shipping to make sure you get the best possible product and packaging. We are constantly working on our improving our costs and shipping options and will always carry over any opportunity of savings to our customers.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do! Please note that there might be some extra time and shipping costs associated with your International order. You can choose International shipping options at checkout for estimated costs and travel time.
I need to make a change to my order, what do I do?
Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and requested changes and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours!
How do I know which size is right for my dog?
Each one of our brands is special, unique and sized just a little bit differently. Please reference each individual product’s specific size chart to find your perfect fit and if you have any questions or want some insider info send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re here to help!

The product I want is out of stock, what do I do?

We test each product ourselves and have an amazing team of fur babes to give the final paw of approval on every product we carry.
